Scoping & Analysis
The next step in the development journey will be to complete a detailed scoping & analysis session with key stakeholders and users, to fully understand your business and produce a working document. A full functional specification document and wireframe layouts to illustrate how the various sections (modules) of the solution will work. These are finalized in close consultation with out clients, along with the full project and testing plan.
The third phase is the module development of your solution, as agreed in the scoping & analysis.
