Brief and Specification

When we begin creating a specification for a system - our first step is to have an in depth meeting to run through all aspects and requirements of the system. By taking this approach the brief will be based not only on your understanding of your market - but also our experience of the appropriate technologies and users expectations of a web based system. From this meeting we then produce a full system specification (complete with optional modules where requested and further suggestions from our team). Once the specification is complete this becomes our guide map to fulfilling the project expectations.

During the system build we keep you constantly up to date with the current progress of the project and hold regular meetings to review and reflect upon the specification and current stage build - with particular project milestones based on the different areas of the system we are creating. In this way the system can continue to be refined as we work - meaning no long reviews and system overhals before the system is even launched.

Once your system is built and deployed we can offer full support and maintenance, scalable to your needs and budget - from user statistics tracking all the way to multiple redundant servers for backup / restore procedures.

All systems goes through changes and updates during their life cycle and as such all our systems are built in a modular fashion, this allows us to easily upgrade, remove or replace individual components as your business model changes over time. During system reviews we consult with you in order to suggest and refine features to hone your systems effectiveness - taking into account user feedback and the current climate / trends of your industry and the Internet in general.
