University of Reading Lectures

Paul de Halle, development director of Linear Blue has returned to the School of Systems Engineering at the University of Reading to present another lecture to students. Paul has been working closely with the University over the last few years to promote FileMaker and to give students a better understanding of how database development companies operate.

Paul's lectures are split into two main sections, why Linear Blue chose FileMaker Pro as a platform for developing database solutions for their clients, and how Linear Blue help their clients to choose the right database system to meet their specific business requirements.

The lectures cover the development cycle, specifically Rapid Application Development and why this is the right platform to deliver fast and accurate solutions to a clients requirements, as well as the Workflow Process Analysis and how software can be tailored to fit the exact needs of the business.

Overall the lecture provides students with a broad understanding of how Linear Blue develop successful innovative data solutions for their customers, and how they remain at the very forefront of the industry and deliver outstanding services to their clients.
